The background

With the launch of the start-up NLziet, a new way of watching television will be introduced to the Dutch market. It will respond to the needs of the user: viewers can catch up on last week’s shows, or watch ahead, wherever and whenever they want. A great idea, so how to implement it?

The challenge

NLziet presented Spargle with a concrete challenge – to set up a team to develop the concept. A team with a number of permanent appointments, alongside a handful of experienced interim professionals who could lend their expertise and act as sparring partners for the online shareholders.

The solution

A professional team was set up, supported by a group of younger enthusiasts. Together they set to work developing the organization. Spargle provided a Social Professional, a Chief Technical Officer and a Service Manager on an interim basis. With the addition of an online marketer and an office manager, NLziet was ready to grow!

The result

NL ziet is a strong organization. With the supplementary team on board, the company has grown and developed, so much so that Spargle is now on the constant lookout for young gems to join the team. Spargle is happy to watch NLziet grow!
