The Webcentre is responsible for the complete lifecycle of all marketing projects and solutions within corporate office with an initial focus on digital projects (including web, social media and mobile) and sets and develops the required infrastructure, tooling and policy. The Webcentre is responsible for project/program management, digital solution development and transition to Webcentre Service Delivery of all business function demand within HEINEKEN digital application portfolio.
Purpose of the Job
The Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering ICT expertise and maintaining the assigned ICT systems and applications according to agreements made in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Document Agreements and Procedures (DAP) applicable for a business service line. The Service Coordinator makes sure the delivery of the service is in line with the HEINEKEN ICT strategy and in close alignment with our business, in order to support and improve business and ICT processes.
Working & thinking experience
- HBO/Bachelor: more than 5 years of relevant ICT experience
- WO/Master: 2 – 4 years of relevant ICT experience.
- ITIL Foundation: relevant certification on the assigned expertise area
- Understanding of digital marketing processes and technologies and dynamic context of supporting digital marketing initiatives.
