Our team consists of experienced global marketers, digital marketing specialists, data analysts, and content marketers with diverse backgrounds and cultures. Purpose of the job

Every Randstad country has its own paid advertising strategy and accounts and nearly all of them are currently operating locally with either a local agency or an in-house specialist. In order to gain economies of scale the role out of paid advertising as a service will be accelerated in more countries.
As a global paid advertising specialist at Randstad, you will operate within a global environment as an internal paid search account manager to support the countries on their local paid advertising strategy. You will be operationally responsible for several Randstad advertising accounts and implement global and local strategies, techniques and tactics to increase the performance within paid advertising in order to drive conversions on a country level. Furthermore you will be part of the global community of paid advertising specialists and collaborate with (digital-) marketers in Randstad’s 39 countries.

Key activities

As a global paid advertising specialist, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • responsibility for the planning, conception, implementation, and control of successful paid search campaigns of a number of Randstad countries
  • ongoing optimization and quality control of Randstad paid advertising accounts as well as ensuring that goals are achieved (Day to Day management)
  • operational and strategic support of your responsible countries paid search approach
  • providing feedback to your responsible countries and defining improvement plans
  • monitoring the developments of all paid advertising channels
  • focusing on paid advertising automation (e.g. with tools like Channable)
  • scripting skills are a plus
  • community building – sharing of best practices and paid advertising related developments
  • liaising with our in-house SEA & SEO experts to define combined strategy & processes across multiple countries

Qualifications and competencies

  • minimum of 3 years of paid advertising experience, preferably in an international environment;
  • degree in marketing, IT, business or technology;
  • solid understanding of paid advertising tools and technology;
  • a genuine interest in digital marketing and a good understanding of the marketing context;
  • strong analytical skills for understanding performance KPIs and also Google Analytics;
  • an understanding of how job seekers and companies (customers) search, where they search and why they purchase something online;
  • a commitment to keeping your paid advertising skills and knowledge up to date;
  • fluent in spoken & written English
  • Dutch, French, Spanish and/or German is a plus

We pay a good, competitive salary and attractive benefits. Employees are eligible for a bonus (scheme depends on the job grade); your bonus can multiply with a maximum factor of 3, depending on the financial results of Randstad worldwide. In addition to the salary, you will receive 25 vacation days, option to invest in the Randstad shares plan, discount on insurances, personal development and career opportunities.

As a leader in the world of work, we ensure that you largely compose your own benefits package within a benefit budget. In addition to the regular salary, you will receive a gross monthly benefit budget to be used for employee benefits at your discretion. The total percentage amounts to 12.34% (including 8.5% holiday allowance).
