Just like Monday Nicole has been invited as co host for the BNR radio show Zakendoen next to Thomas van Zijl.
Todays topics were all about forming the best teams, the difference between the approach of Worldemp and Spargle, numbers or people? And Hellua Hueck visited the studio to start a weekly talk about the FD Gazelle awards 2021 and the launch of a series of podcasts about the Randstad which she produced with Otto Raspe.
First Thomas asked Nicole what we focus on when setting up digital teams for customers at Spargle. She compared us and our way of working with a chef cook, we only cook with the best ingredients but centralize the human always. What triggers you, who are you and which path is the one you would like to follow are the main pillars we foc. A CV and LinkedIn profiles are just tools to gain insight on experience. Layer per layer we try to get to the core and by doing so we try to find the right chemistry between the professional and the team he or she could be a fit in.
We tackle digital transformation and innovation challenges by introducing best-in-class talent to the right people, at the right time. We believe that the chemistry of the perfect match can solve any problem.
Frank Bot joined Nicole and Thomas and talked about his company WorldEmp, they formate teams from India and match them to local Dutch companies. Nicole and Frank discussed about the difference in approach of both companies.
