Are you a data-driven eCommerce Web Analyst passionate about making a real impact? At iBuyFlowers, you'll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions that shape the future of our eCommerce and marketing platforms.

As our go-to person for insights, you'll delve deep into our platform's performance, understand consumer behavior intimately, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Working closely with the Chief Product Officer, marketers, designers, and product owners, you'll translate raw data into actionable insights that drive significant improvements across the entire customer journey.

Location: Amsterdam the whole team works together every Monday, Wednesday and Friday on-site.

What will you be doing?

  • As the Senior Data Analyst, you will be a key player in driving data-driven decisions across the organization. You will analyze consumer behavior across the platform, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to optimize the customer journey.

  • To ensure the highest quality data and insights, you will collaborate with developers to implement and maintain tracking solutions (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data layers). You will also create and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio to provide clear insights into KPIs, marketing campaigns, and product performance.

  • You will be a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, presenting insights and advising on strategic initiatives. You will also lead the analytics effort for merging two websites into one seamless platform, ensuring a smooth and data-driven transition.

  • Continuous improvement is key, and you will actively participate in A/B testing and CRO analyses to improve platform performance and user engagement. You will also develop measurement plans to track and evaluate the performance of product lines, marketing campaigns, and marketplace dynamics.

  • You will serve as the expert for platform and marketplace analytics, ensuring data quality and integrity. You will also support monthly reporting and ad-hoc analysis requests from various teams, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making across the organization.

What do you bring to the job?

  • Proven experience in eCommerce analytics, with a deep understanding of platform and marketplace dynamics.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, and
    Looker Studio.

  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and often demanding environment.

  • You are adept at working independently while effectively collaborating with development teams, advising on tracking implementation and data layer management.

  • A strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, you can effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including C-level executives. You possess a hands-on approach to A/B testing, CRO, and translating data into actionable insights.

  • You embody a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit. You are not merely reactive; you actively drive initiatives and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • A strong foundation in data is essential. While familiarity with SQL and JavaScript is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement.

  • Experience in high-growth environments is highly valued.

  • Excellent command of the English language is essential; proficiency in Dutch is not required.
