What will you be doing?

  • Marketing Automation: Design and implement automated workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions and optimize existing automation processes and identify new opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supporting Revenue growth: via Hubspot, where experience with linking with backend, measurements, workflows and the exploitation of database marketing-from-segments is a required expertise.
  • Campaign Management: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: work closely with the online marketing specialist to increase the volume and quality of leads and improve the process to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics using Hubspot’s analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Help the Sales department with good reporting and to make their work more effective and efficient
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.

What do you bring to the job?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing automation and CRM processes
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Hubspot, including certification in Hubspot Marketing Software.
  • Experience with synchronizations between Hubspot and a backend system
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional international teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in both Dutch and English at a professional level (preferred).
