As an eCommerce Web Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for platform performance, consumer behavior, and marketing insights. Collaborating closely with Product Managers, marketers, designers, and product owners, you will help shape the future of the eCommerce platform by providing actionable insights, implementing tracking strategies, and driving data-informed decisions.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze consumer behavior and platform data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Evaluate the impact of new features together with Product Managers and Product Owners.
  • Implement and maintain tracking solutions (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, data layers) in collaboration with developers.
  • Create and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio to visualize KPIs, marketing campaigns, and product performance.
  • Advise C-level stakeholders based on insights and analyses.
  • Conduct A/B testing and CRO analyses to improve user engagement and platform performance.
  • Develop measurement plans for product lines, marketing campaigns, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across analytics processes.
  • Support monthly reporting and ad-hoc analysis requests from various teams.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in eCommerce analytics and understanding of platform/marketplace dynamics.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, and Looker Studio.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience advising development teams on tracking implementation and data layers.
  • Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders, including executives.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, CRO, and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to take initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SQL and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience in scale-up environments is preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
