This is not a “strategy-only” role. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and business, shaping vision, but also making sure things get built, shipped, and adopted.

Who are they looking for?

Our client is a fast-growing digital scale-up with strong international momentum and a clear ambition: to embed AI across every layer of the business. They are looking for someone who can operate both as a strategic leader and a hands-on expert. You understand the landscape (LLMs, ML systems, data platforms), but more importantly, you know how to turn that into real products, real use cases, and real impact.

What will you be doing?

  • Own the AI vision and roadmap
    Define where AI drives the most value, across product, growth, operations, and customer experience
  • Turn AI into shipped products
    Drive execution of use cases like copilots, personalization engines, automation workflows, and decision intelligence
  • Build and lead a high-impact team
    Hire and develop AI engineers, ML engineers, and data talent, creating a team that balances speed with quality
  • Shape the AI architecture
    Make decisions on models, tooling, infrastructure, and build-vs-buy (LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents, etc.)
  • Partner with leadership
    Work closely with product, tech, and commercial leadership to align AI initiatives with business priorities
  • Drive adoption, not just innovation
    Ensure AI solutions are actually used, embedded, and delivering measurable results.

What do you bring to the job?

  • Proven track record in leading AI, data, or ML teams in a product-driven environment
  • Strong technical foundation (ML, LLMs, or data platforms), you can challenge engineers and make informed decisions
  • Experience bringing AI products from concept → production → scale
  • Clear understanding of modern AI stacks (LLMs, APIs, vector databases, cloud)
  • Ability to translate ambiguity into structure, and strategy into execution
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, you can influence at C-level without overcomplicating
  • A pragmatic mindset: you focus on impact, not hype.
