Who are they looking for?

Our client, an innovative and fast-scaling organization in the digital and technology space, is looking for an: LLM/AI Engineer. This is a pivotal role as the company accelerates its adoption of Generative AI across products and internal workflows. We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with hands-on experience in building applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), and a strong understanding of modern AI architectures.

What you'll be doing?

  • Design and build LLM-powered applications
    Develop scalable AI solutions such as agents, chatbots, and intelligent automation tools
  • Integrate AI into production systems
    Connect LLMs with APIs, databases, and internal tools to create end-to-end workflows
  • Optimize prompt engineering and model performance
    Improve output quality, latency, and cost efficiency through experimentation and iteration
  • Work with vector databases and retrieval systems (RAG)
    Implement semantic search and retrieval pipelines to enhance model responses
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
    Partner with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions.

What do you bring to the job?

  • Strong experience with Python and modern backend frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, open-source models)
  • Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
  • Solid software engineering practices (testing, versioning, scalability)
  • A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
