Join a leading transport and logistics company as a Senior Portfolio and Integration Manager. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead strategic portfolio management and integration projects during a maternity leave period, with potential for a permanent role.

What you'll be doing?

  • Oversee and manage the company’s portfolio during the interim period, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal resource allocation.
  • Lead change management initiatives, driving improvements and transformations across the organization.
  • Utilize conceptual thinking to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Coordinate and manage large-scale integration projects post-maternity cover, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Depending on experience, either report directly to a board member or join the strategic advisory and integrations team.

What do you bring to the job?

  • Master’s degree from a University of Technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects, strategic initiatives, and/or integration processes.
  • Proven ability in change management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for creative problem-solving and achieving success.

Desirable:

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of business integration projects.
  • Experience in the logistics industry.
  • Previous direct reporting to senior leadership or board members.
