We use this data to prepare and send quotes. We also include this data in our administration to clearly track leads, opportunities, and orders to help you as efficiently as possible. We process your data with your consent. If consent has not yet been explicitly given, we process this data for the preparation (quote), execution, and possible termination of the agreement between you and Spargle. If you become a client of Spargle, we are legally required to retain certain data for the duration of the client relationship and for a period of seven years thereafter, for business documents such as administration and invoices for VAT purposes.
Digital communication
Type of personal data: name, email address, phone number, company information
You can contact Spargle via chat, email, contact forms, or by phone. The information we collect is used to answer your questions, set up further communication, and provide you with the requested information. This data is subject to a legal retention period of seven years as long as it is fiscally relevant and therefore necessary for business documents. If you are a client of Spargle, we process this data to fulfill an agreement made with you. If you are not a client, we process this data based on your consent.
Delivery of services and contractual obligations

To execute our contractual rights and obligations as efficiently as possible, we process your data for purposes such as invoicing, tracking licenses, and fulfilling legal retention obligations. We are legally required to retain this data during the contractual relationship and for a period of seven years, as far as this is necessary for business documents. Furthermore, we process this data to fulfill an agreement with you.
Newsletters, information, and content

Through our websites, it is possible to download content and information. You can also subscribe to various newsletters. We use your data to send you the requested information. Additionally, we may use this data for commercial purposes, such as informing you about services provided by Spargle or companies in the MakerStreet network through a newsletter. Newsletters are sent regularly to keep you informed about our content and services. Your data is retained as long as you wish to receive our communication. The data you provided is processed based on your consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each digital newsletter.
Job applications
Type of personal data: first and last name, address, place of residence, phone number, CV, cover letter, possibly a certificate of good conduct (VOG), diploma, references
Through our careers pages, you can apply for vacancies at Spargle within our network. We retain your data during the application process and for up to four weeks after it ends. If there is no suitable vacancy, we may retain your data for up to one year with your consent, in case a suitable vacancy arises. All data is processed based on your consent.
Events
Type of personal data: name, email address, phone number, and company name
Spargle regularly organizes events for which you can register. The registration data is used to grant access to activities and subsequently contact you for business purposes via email.
